For those consumers who wish to pay their bills in physical form i.e. offline, there are several options available. Check out all the easy ways to pay your electricity bill.

a. Hand Held Machines

Hand held machines are entrusted to departmental revenue cashiers for collection of cc charges. The payment reciept shall be handed over to the consumers on the spot.

b. E-Seva

E-Seva is the government op AP initiative which facilitates payment of electricity bills at specified E-Seva counters spread across the DISCOM

c. AP Online

AP online is similar initiative from the government of AP which is specifically launched for catering to the needs of the rural areas.

d. Rajiv EPDCL

Rajiv EPDCL is an initiative of EPDCL where in provision has been made for the consumers of EPDCL to pay in sectionoffices.

e. Payment in ERO's

A computerised collection counter has been opened to collect the cc charges and issue computerised reciept.

f. ATP Machines

Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company (APEPDCL) in its endeavor to enhance its customer service base has launched Any Time Payment (ATP) Machine for the convenience of its consumers, who can now pay their electricity bills round the clock- 365 days, either by cash or cheque and get a receipt of the amount paid on the service number of the consumer. Credit Card payment will also be soon made available on the ATP machine
